The Brecon Beacons National Park is in mid-Wales, UK and has diverse communities and landscapes. The Beacons cover over a thousand square kilometres of mountains, lowlands and rivers. This amazing landscape has now been officially recognised as one of the most important geological landscapes in Europe and is the first National Park in the UK to achieve Geopark status.

 

To help you orientate everything on this site we have divided the area into 4 distinct sections although there is over-lap with each area. Click on any of the four areas to view a list of the events happening in that particular region of the National Park
