Brecon and Central Beacons

Ann's Barn, Wern-y-Marchog Farm

Attractively converted from an old traditional Welsh stone barn with great oak beams, oak floors and thick stone walls, adjoining the owner's property in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons within the heart of the countryside. Ann's Barn is ideally suited for those who wish to walk the main peaks with miles of uninterrupted walking with no need to use the car. It is the perfect base for mountain biking, horse riding and centrally located for sightseeing.

The barn has been thoughtfully restored to a high standard with co-ordinating fabrics and stylishly furnished making it a warm and comfortable place to stay with all the home comforts you could possibly want.

There are the most lovely views across this peaceful and tranquil valley overlooking a newly created pond already home to wild geese and ducks and numerous other wild water fowl. The adjoining wildflower meadow has an abundance of wildlife with a waterfall, a mountain stream and a bluebell wood. It is the perfect base for a restful de-stressing break.
