Primarily I am an event caterer, cooking mainly for weddings, but also look after management training courses, doing breakfasts, lunches (including packed, buffets, hot and cold, sit down), dinners, whether buffets or sit down, BBQ's, hog or lamb roasts.
Any occasion which requires food at any location, recently I have done a 4 course dinner fully laid up on a camp site outside Brecon which caused quite a stir. An 80th birthday 4 course lunch in a RSJ barn near Hay-on-Wye surrounded by vintage cars. So anything goes.....
Ready prepared meals for holiday cottages.
Crockery, cutlery and glasses, all of which go back dirty. Table linen. Waiting staff. Portable refrigeration. Marquees.
