Set in the heart of rural Carmarthenshire for peace and quiet, yet only 4 miles from Llandeilo, with easy access to the M4 motorway and A40 trunk
road.
Beudy Bach is a studio cottage sleeping 2 with bed, kitchen and living area and separate bathroom with shower.
Beudy Mawr is a one bedroomed cottage with kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room which has a table and chairs, easy chairs and sofa that will
convert to bed.
The kitchens in both cottages are fully fitted with a fridge, cooker with gas hob and an electric oven, microwave, kettle and a toaster, plenty of
pans and all the china you will need.
The cottages are located at Ffos Ddu farm a 28 acre smallholding of woodland (with bluebells in the spring), meadows, lake and rivers for you to enjoy
the peace and quiet of the countryside. The wildlife includes deer, otter, rabbits and a large number of different birds from swallows, swifts and
house martins in the summer, Canada geese in the spring whilst the red kite can often be seen flying over head most of the year.
