Want to explore the Brecon Beacons National Park without the hassle of driving and finding your way around – while making the most of your leisure time?

Bach Travel offer a ‘Car-less & Carefree’ 3-day break of the National Park area, inclusive of 2 nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation with dinner both evenings.

You will be able to relax and enjoy the beautiful and varied scenery of the Brecon Beacons, Vale of Usk and Black Mountains – all within the National Park – while also having the opportunity to explore ancient castles . . . . see red kites . . . . sample local vineyards . . . . or even indulge in ice cream straight from the farm . . . on the way! Experience life underground at Big Pit Mining Museum at Blaenavon World Heritage Site – or the spectacular caverns at The National Showcaves Centre for Wales.

Take time out for a break at the National Park Visitor Centre while enjoying the spectacular views – or in the herb garden of the Pilgrims Tearooms in the tranquillity of Brecon Cathedral Close. You will stay in Visit Wales 4 star en suite accommodation at Rectory Cottage – a superbly modernised, listed 16th century home in four peaceful acres of grounds overlooking the Vale of Usk – and dine at the excellent Horseshoe Inn.

The Car-less & Carefree tour includes:

Day 1 – pick-up in Cardiff around mid-day; half day tour; dinner and accommodation

Day 2 – breakfast; full day tour; dinner and accommodation

Day 3 – breakfast; half day tour returning to Cardiff mid-day

Inclusive cost: from £195 per person - based on 2 people sharing (Price does not include lunch).

Additional tours and accommodation can be provided on request at extra cost.
