Brecon and Central Beacons

Cantre Selyf B & B

Cantre Selyf is one of the oldest and well known town houses of historic Brecon. Built in the early 17th century to a grand design, retaining lots of original features, moulded ceilings, elegant fireplaces and oak beams.

Although in a central position it is very quiet and sitting in the beautiful walled garden it is difficult to believe that Cantre Selyf is in the middle of town.

There is a good selection of restaurants, shops, galleries, a cinema and a theatre within walking distance.

Helen loves to cook so guests can choose from a wide variety of breakfast dishes with local and organic ingredients. Vegetarian dishes also available.

We are non smoking throughout and have our own off road parking.

We love sharing our special house and garden, a little piece of history with the comfort and style that modern day guests are searching for. We look forward to meeting you!
