The New Brecon Beacons Tourism Association Actively working for Tourism in the Brecon Beacons

Beacons Active is a group of tourism operators who have come together to actively promote the Brecon Beacons across the UK and internationally as a destination. The group is in the process of becoming the focus for a membership forum and will give all members a say in running the association and formulating its initiatives.

We believe we need a strong voice for the Brecon Beacons National Park & surrounding area to let our views be known to The National Park Authority, the County Councils and the new Tourism Board, now under the control of the Assembly.

Businesses and public organisations supporting the group reflect the diverse range of the tourism offer available in and around the Brecon Beacons National Park. All however have the same desire to see the Brecon Beacons marketed as an iconic destination in Wales and will work with all private and public sectors to make the tourism product as accessible as possible to potential visitors.
